Developing a Recruiting Strategy

For the Unit 4 assignment you developed KSAs and job competencies. The next step is to develop a recruiting strategy for your selected position. For this discussion, respond to the following, using the job you selected for the Unit 4 assignment:

·         Describe the job and the needed KSAs for which you are recruiting.

·         Recommend both a traditional and online recruiting strategy for this job, using at least three sources.

·         Write a brief advertisement that could be used to support your recruiting efforts.

·         Explain how your advertisement addresses any legal issues required for this position. 

Response Guidelines

For two of your peers' traditional and online recruiting strategies, justify their recommendations and substantiate your justification with cited resources, like the Wall Street Journal. Have all legal issues been identified and properly resolved? Use course resources, your own findings, or workplace examples to further support your recommendations.
