Advertisements for Schedule 3 medicines listed in Appendix H of the current Poisons Standard (the Standard for Uniform Scheduling of Drugs and Poisons) are to be accompanied by the words ‘Your pharmacist’s advice is required’.   These words must be placed as close as possible to the item being advertised.
