Assignment Steps

Choose your own organization or one you know well to use for this assignment. Concentrate on processes in the organization that, if improved, would make the organization operate more efficiently. You may use the same organization you used Week 1. McDonald-

Tip: To record video using cell phone, search for a free video app for your cell phone via iTunes or an Android app store or you can use webcam on pc, or camcorder. Upload video. You may also opt to create a free, user-friendly video through sites such as Kizoa Move Maker. Then, you could use the URL to upload to the Cloud Storage. Be creative.

Use a 7-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® to write your script for your video. 
Develop a 6-minute video to explain your training and development strategy for your chosen organization. Be creative.

•	Prior to your video, create a one-page survey to assess training needs.
•	Ask 2 managers to complete the survey. 
Include the following in your video:
•	Discuss the training needs assessment.
•	Validate the need for chosen training methods.
•	Evaluate your analysis of training and development needs.
•	Explain ways to meet training needs.
•	Discuss potential barriers to training.
•	Anticipate budget for training for year one.
•	Discuss how you will evaluate the training.
