Read the Following and Carefully Respond:


According to Thiroux and Krasemann (2017), "Determinism means universal causation. For everything that occurs, there is a corresponding cause". Looking into this deeper, Thiroux and Krasemann make the point that everything that occurs, including human action, is ultimately determined by causes external to the will. In fact, some would argue that humans cannot be morally responsible for their actions, because according to the theory of determinism, they have no free will. If this ethical theory is true, how can we hold others responsible for what they cannot help doing?
