Welcome to Week 1.

This week we are going to dive right into things.This week's readings discuss the fact that there are many different cultures as well as personalities that need to be dealt with on a daily basis.It doesn't matter what line of work you are in, there is somebody working next to you that is different in some way, shape or form.You are going to learn several different ways of managing these differences in the work place.
