In this discussion, you will explore the need for leaders to be adaptive. Leaders need to motivate the organization’s members to face demanding situations that arise from the organization’s own culture and values. You will identify strategies for leaders to maintain efficiency and sustainability during times of crisis and change.

Prior to attempting this discussion forum,

·         Read Chapter 5 in Leadership for Today and the Future.

·         Find at least one resource to support your statements in this discussion. You may want to refer to the Scholarly, Peer-Reviewed, and Other Credible Sources (Links to an external site.) table from the UAGC Writing Center to identify appropriate academic resources. leadership.

·         Identify a challenge that organizations are facing such as COVID, financial issues, turnover, employee shortage, supply-chain impacts, lack of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging or other issues.

·         Describe how adaptive leadership can be utilized to lead organizations in time of adversity, based on your selected challenge.

·         Explain your approach to resolving the challenge using strategic leadership. Be sure to include the impact of your change to the organization, employees, stakeholder, and the community.

·         Discuss your desired outcome.
