You are about to start a complex building project that will follow the Integrated Design Process (IDP) and will also be intended to achieve LEED Platinum or some other innovative rating system (e.g., Living Building Challenge).

The building will be a new headquarters for an Internet start-up company, the purpose of which is up to you.
