One key piece of the sanctuary model is the Community Meeting – this is a set of four questions that each member of a group answers prior to beginning any therapy group or meeting.

The four questions are:

·         Who are you?

·         What are you feeling today?

·         What is your goal for today?

·         Who can help you achieve that goal?
