·         What are the strengths and weaknesses of Physician profiles and registries?

Question 3- Patient Experience

·         How has the patient experience evolved over time?

·         What major reports have contributed to its progression?

o   Why were these reports put in place?

o   Have they been proven successful?

·         How might patient satisfaction data be used to improve organizational performance?

o   How might this data be used to improve upon a patient’s health?

Requirements:

·         A minimum of four (4) pages or 1000-1500 words excluding the title page and references is required.

·         Use APA format.

·         Times New Roman 12 pt font, double spaced with 1" margins.

·         Title and reference pages are required.

·         An abstract is not required.

·         Use support from at least three reputable sources (other than course materials) written within the last five years.
