Write an academic book review for Chengwei Liu’s Luck: A key idea for business and society. Your first paragraph should tell the reader what the main idea behind the book is. What is the purpose of the book? What are its main themes? Next, summarize each chapter of the book. Devote one or two paragraphs to each chapter, but focus mostly on chapters 2, 3, and 4. For example, it should only take a couple of sentences to summarize chapter 1, whereas it will require more space to adequately discuss chapter 3. You then need to address some philosophical or business-related issues that you have with the book. This could be done after you summarize a particular chapter or after you summarize all of the chapters. It depends on the scope of the issue that you are addressing. Conclude with a paragraph in which you either recommend the book or not. Be sure to tell the reader why you do or don’t recommend the book. Don’t just say that you like or don’t like it.
