Use Visio or another software package to create the flowchart and hierarchy chart.  Copy and paste the all parts of the assignment into ONE Word document.  Please use the Homework Template (Links to an external site.) that is in the FILES section of the shell.

Submit the Word document (template) and the Visio file that contains your diagrams.  .

NOTE: To become familiar with Visio, go to COURSE RESOURCES under MODULES and you will find a web link to Microsoft help page on Visio. You may also want to search the web of videos on using Visio.
