Introduction
As the leader of a
large cardiovascular service line, it is your responsibility to ensure the
providers understand the implications that patient experience have on the
overall health of the patient. This requires you to understand correlations
between provider action and patient behavior. You will explain how
patient engagement and health status have a correlation. Before you meet with
the providers you will provide them with a memo to inform them of the
statistical correlation, and why their involvement is essential to patient
engagement and outcomes. Your providers are likely to push back because they
believe following evidence-based medicine should yield the appropriate outcome
for the patient. You will need to provide data that demonstrates the
implications of successful and extensive strategic coalitions.
Requirements

This report should be prepared as a Microsoft™ Word document,
and then attached to the unit discussion thread. There is no minimum or maximum
