   2 B  Share at least Two examples of how any of the 7 HR activities are performed in your organization.

        Example: Talent Management:  In my company it is required that every employee, regardless of their position, attend a 3 hour new employee orientation. After 1 month of employment the manager of the new employee is responsible for defining, documenting, and reviewing the employees performance objectives. Every two months the employee and the manger must meet to review performance and make any changes in the performance objectives.
