What Content and Process Challenges Do You Face?

Where are your content (materials) and process (testing) challenges as you prepare for your examination? What topics are challenging you most? These questions take us to a combination of testing and content challenges. Examinations like the aPHR, PHR, and SPHR require extensive preparation. But as in all things, the exact preparation can make all the difference. Several study attributes exist that include, but are not limited to, frequency, intensity, environment, knowledge of personal learning style, and others. In this unit's discussion you will look at what you study and how.

For aPHR, PHR, and SPHR candidates, there are a number of critical steps to success. Among these is a strong knowledge of all the material. Extensive testing rehearsal and knowledge of the material's vocabulary is invaluable to earning certification.
