Details
You
are to develop a Project Charter (long version), identifying a need for change
within your business, and develop the components required to “sell” the
project, including any resources to deliver the proposed change, to senior
management in your business.

used to grade this task
The
Project Charter should clearly identify the strategic change proposed, expected
outcomes, key milestones and deliverables. Detailed marking criteria can be found
in the Marking Guides section of this course description.

suggested minimum of about 16 hours outside of class time.

The
individual report is expected to be submitted via Moodle by the date noted in
