Prepare a 1,200-word analysis in which you address the following: 
•	Identify one theory that appeals to you the most from the leadership theories. Choose from: trait, behavioral, contingency, or transformational leadership theories. Examine specific theories within each category to narrow down your choices. You will use this theory throughout each section of the paper.
•	Research two locally operating companies: One in which the leadership seems to exemplify this specific leadership theory and one that seems to be in direct contrast.
•	Analyze how each leadership approaches might affect the respective company's performance and alignment to values.
•	Discuss which leadership style you are most aligned to.
•	Discuss how you would practice this leadership style in your current work environment. If you are not currently employed, discuss how you would practice this style of leadership in a future job you might like to hold.
