MGMT 308 Module 5 Case Study 
 Read the Case Study titled "Putting the IRS 'Scandal' into perspective (Links to an external site.)" located on the Hunt Library site. Respond to the following:
1.	What are your views on IRS investigations? How do they select individuals and organizations for investigation? Should these policies be streamlined?
2.	Is Commissioner Shulman the responsible party? Discuss and Debate how he should be punished?
3.	Is this a scandal or a manipulation of facts to impact public opinion? Debate the inefficiency of the government to implement policy to control and regulate the IRS.
