W,hat are the common characteristics of “open” and “closed” systems of organization? How do open systems facilitate organizational development and change? What types of Organizations have you worked in and what do you feel are the beneficial to the type of work they do?
How should a decision maker choose the appropriate basis for decision making (substantive, political, or organizational)? Can any general guidelines be suggested? What factors enter into this kind of decision? Debate the best policies for decision making and your experience with effective or ineffective decision makers.
