MATH 142 Module 4 Assignment: Turn - In Trig Identity Assignment Part I Objective Why create the Trig Identity Learning Module and not use the MyMathLab problems available for Sections 6.1 - 6.3? MyMathLab cannot ask the right questions, since verifying a trig identity is more of an essay than finding a specific solution. This happens to be ideal, though, for turn-in exercises. In fact, most of the learning modules direct you to specific parts of the textbook to answer some questions on the reading and accomplish some basic verification. Then, you’ll accomplish “homework problems†chosen from the textbook exercises. Your tasks for this assignment can be found in this worksheet . Delivery • Submit a document that has a Math Equation Editor built into Microsoft® Word or MathType. o You can also work in Google Docs using that Math Equation writer, or a Mac equivalent. • Submit your assignment by the posted due date. o Timeliness is essential to get the highest possible grade; No extensions. Late Work Penalty Late submissions will be docked at a rate of 15 points subtracted from the earned score per calendar day late, with the first 15-point reduction effective at 3:00 A.M. Eastern after the end of Module 4. Each additional 15 point reduction is effective at 3:00 A.M. of each subsequent day. Example: An assignment turned in on the 6th day after the end of Module 4, after 3:00 A.M. will result in 90 points taken away from the earned score. However, any resulting negative score will be recorded as a zero.
