Adding to your revised Week 3 Learning Team paper, use the literature review to develop an action plan based on recommendations for the organization. Discuss what additional research might be necessary.  Include an edited version of last week's learning team paper and add the following components of the research process:

Recommendations  Using the information from Workshop Three's paper, make three recommendations regarding the research opportunity or problem based on your findings from the literature review.

Action Plan  Develop an action plan based on your 3 recommendations to management. List three major tasks on your action plan - each major task follows from its recommendation.
 
Your action plan must include the following:
•	Three major tasks
•	Possible barriers to completing each of the three tasks
•	Metrics that should be used to determine that the 3 tasks have been completed.  Inferential statistics will be used for the metrics.
