Business Research Project Part 1: Formulation of the Research Problem
The Team will choose one company or organization based on where each Team member works.  The Team will choose the Research Question based on a problem or opportunity that is current within that company or organization and is an issue that can be researched using numerical data. Each week will include a corrected version of the previous week's paper and add the requirements for the current week.  Be sure to obtain my approval before starting your Research Proposal Topic Paper:
 
•	 Background on the company or organization, including a brief history, mission statement, and organizational    hierarchy.
•	 Discussion of the issue that the Learning Team will research.
•	 Concise Statement of the Business Problem or Opportunity.
•	 Describe and justify the database from which a random sample would be drawn.
•	 Discuss ethical concerns regarding data collection.
