Policy Evaluation
Policy evaluation is the last step in the policy process.  This is where a review of the program is conducted after the policy is implemented.  It will help determine to what extent a policy has achieved its intended goals.
Class, who conducts policy evaluations?  What criteria do they used to determine if a policy achieved its goals or if it did not?  Please explain.
