Create an 8-13 page proposal for a solution to an organization's business problem(s) that information systems would help solve.
The team may consider using one of the following ideas as a source of an organization for this Learning Team assignment:
•	Virtual Organizations
•	Case problems from one of the textbooks
•	An organization that you are working in (redacting where appropriate)
•	A fictional organization
Include a 2-page outline of an executive summary that identifies the areas of the business to be improved and identifies the purpose of the project and the overall development approach of this information system.
 
Prepare a 2- to 3-page section of the report that identifies the business requirements.
 
Prepare a 2- to 3-page section of the report that will use process flow charts, procedures, or policy statements to articulate the business requirements in terms of specific process or business development needs.
 
Prepare a 2- to 3-page section of the report that will identify the implementation approach for the project. The implementation approach should identify software testing and installation activities as well as the training consideration. Include the identification of the training method(s) and the audience to be trained.
 
Finalize and submit the 8- to 13-page paper summarizing the project proposal.
