Assignment #5: Scheduling at Red, White and Blue Fireworks Company.
 
Students will read the case and prepare a three to four (3-4) page response to the following:
1.      Develop a staffing plan for RWBFC in accordance with the constraints stated in the case.
2.      Discuss the method used in developing the staffing plan.
3.      Discuss how employees should be assigned to the different schedules.
4.      Discuss any concerns that you have with the new plans and how you intend to address them.
 
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o   This paper should adhere to APA style standards including the following: Double space, 1” margins, New Times Roman 12pt. font, in-text citation of references, title page, and a reference page (title page and reference page are not counted as content pages).
o   Use headers for each of the criteria, followed by your response.
o   You will need a cover page, the body of the paper, and a reference page. An Abstract is not necessary.
