Prepare a minimum 1050 word APA formatted paper to illustrate to key staff of a human services organization why purchasing a new computer system would be a good idea.  You can use a real organization or a fictional one.  Describe the human services your organization offers and be sure to address concerns key decision makers of your organization would have in regards to purchasing this system.  Include the following players:  program manager, development (fundraising) manager, director of operations/controller, executive director and IT consultant.  In this proposal, it should also include a financial plan to pay for the new system, information security and a plan of implementation and training.
