What is the current and future impact of not exporting?

Current lack of exporting will lead to missopprtunities for new business and customers. It can also set boundaries that will limit future growth. Overtime companies that do not exprt lose their competitive edge and profitability. They also experience a direct dependence on a single, domestic market and stagnation or dives in the market will affect the non exporting company in a stronger manner than companies that diversify. As the global market becomes more prevalent by the connectivity of the internet, and instant worlwide communication, companies that do not engage in the interntional market will be left behind and become obsolete.
