Short Reflective Paper. After carefully reading Chapter 8 in your textbook, write a paper in which you review the factors influencing retirement. Summarize what you have learned about the trends in retirement. Assess the interdisciplinary aspects of aging and what characteristics may influence the decisions on retirement. Be sure to discuss how the percentage of the American workforce has changed and will continue to change. Moreover, include discussion of gender in terms of its influence on retirement.

The paper must be two to three pages in length (excluding the title and reference page), and formatted according to APA style. In addition to the textbook, you must use at least two scholarly sources (at least one of which can be found in the Ashford University Library) to support your points. Cite your sources within the text of your paper and on the reference page.
