This paper should follow APA formatting. Choose a business venture that you would like to start.  It can be a realistic business venture like starting up a sports bar or something that may not be as practical such as building an amusement park. For the business venture selected, please report on the following:
-   The name of the venture  - A brief description of what goods or services the venture will provide - A description of what scale the business will start on.  Will it start at the beginning with one location or multiple locations?
Then, choose a business entity (such as a partnership or corporation) that you think best suits your business venture.  State in detail why the particular aspects of that business entity choice match up well to the strengths and needs of your business. Compare at least 2 other types of business entity choices and explain what strengths and weaknesses those entity choices would have with your business venture proposal.  (Example: Sole proprietorship versus LLC or LLP.) When comparing entities, be sure to include citations for any substantive information provided. Describe how your business would handle growth.  Would your choice regarding your business entity change as you gained more investors, expanded to more locations, or merged with your competition?  How would your current entity choice or a new entity choice be a good match for your company?  Would that change if you became a national business or an international business?
Finished paper should be 900-1,500-word with exhibits as necessary. Be sure to address all of the areas of the assignment to earn full points - a failure to respond to all of the above areas will result in a lower grade.
