Assignment 4 Northeast State University OPERATION MANAGEMENT
Students will prepare a three to four (3-4) page response to the following:
1.	Discuss the ways in which Dr. Bay can use the data he collected.
2.	Recommend ways the administrative assistant- jobs can be changed to make better use of their time and be more supportive to the facility.
3.	Assess the benefits and consequences of each recommendation by discussing who is affected and how.
4.	Recommend ways the faculty can change work habits to reduce the burden on the administrative assistants.
 
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o   This paper should adhere to APA style standards including the following: Double space, 1” margins, New Times Roman 12pt. font, in-text citation of references, title page, and a reference page (title page and reference page are not counted as content pages).
 
•	Use headers for each of the criteria, followed by your response.
o   You will need a cover page, the body of the paper, and a reference page. An Abstract is not necessary.
 
 
 
NOTE: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.
