Analysis of Business to Business Messages through Communication Process Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper that includes your analysis of the business-to-business messages using the communication process. Your paper will include a total of 5 messages ( 3 selected messages for analysis from your own company, an internet source or text source as samples of B2B messages and 2 original messages). For this paper complete the following: • Select three business-to-business messages. Possible sources include : (a) appropriate correspondences from / within your organization (change the names and any secure data that your organization may not want published), (b) correspondences from your own business, (c) messages found in your readings, and (d) messages from any source you find on the internet where the messages meet criteria for B2B message and provide enough text to analyze. A student reported message site was : http://www.mainecreative.com/sample-sales-letters.htm . Another reported using a e-commerce B2B website called Ali Baba.com . As you find others, please share them with the class. Understanding how to create and analyze these messages is important to our study and the assignment. However, do not expend so much time on finding the messages that you cannot benefit from the assignment. Use any messages which meet the criteria for a B2B message to allow for your analysis. • Analyze these 3 messages using the communication process. The analysis should include a descriptive explanation of characteristics that would improve the messages, including the following: o Descriptions of the purpose, sender, receiver, message, environment, technology, noise, and feedback o Explanations of whether the message and technology were appropriate given the environment and purpose • Write the fourth message as a business-to-business message that has “ABC Company†asking to create a working relationship with “XYZ Company†. • Write the fifth message as an unfavorable reply message to ABC Company. The message can be denying the working relationship, for example, due to ABC- credit, prices, reputation, services provided, needs, technology, and so on. • If these messages are short, you can insert in the text or as an appendices, using proper APA format as directed in Week 1 assignment. • This paper should be properly organized in three sections: an introduction, body/discussion and conclusion. The Introduction provides you with an opportunity to capture your reader's attention by indicating what the paper will be about and how you will be approaching your topic, e.g., will you be describing something or arguing a point?] The Discussion / Body of the paper should develop the assignment points introduced and should meet the assignment criteria. The Conclusion should serve several purposes: it should return to the main idea and summarize it.
