•	Each student will prepare a 4 to 5 page report on Case Study 7 located on pages 564 to 581 in the textbook. The name is THE COMMODITIZATION OF STARBUCKS. The 4 to 5 page minimum page count does not include the cover page or the reference page. The report should be double spaced in Times New Roman font (12 point).  
•	Each report will at a minimum assess the following topics: 
o       Summary of critical issue/problem(s).
o       Discussion of factors contributing to the issue/problem.
o       Assessment of management actions taken, if any.
o       Recommendations on actions to address the critical issue/problem and rationale for these actions.
§         The students’ recommendations must be supported by at least three references from academic journals. The citations and reference section of this report must be in APA format
