Prepare a presentation detailing the development of the Health Education Tool and how you conducted the Educational Session. Integrate the following topics:
•	Describe the participating family and other relevant information regarding their community and available resources.
•	Identify your own values and potential cultural biases and the family- cultural, spiritual, and ethical values. Explain how these two components directed your nursing care appropriately and responsibly, and if you would do anything differently in the future.
•	Explain why you chose the family- diagnosis on which the educational tool is based.
•	Explain how the educational goals, objectives, and type of your Health Education Tool were developed and how they link to the family diagnosis and all other assessment findings.
•	Explain how the tool coordinates with, complements, or replaces community and public health services and is applicable within the family- community.
•	Explain how you created and lead the educational session. What theories did you utilize and why?
•	Explain how you integrated the family as partners to affect their own care.
•	Explain or demonstrate the Health Education Tool.
•	Evaluate the family- response to the educational plan and report on their acceptance with plan guidelines and recommendations.
•	Based on your experience with this project, explain what you might do differently and why.
Support your presentation with a minimum of 7 peer-reviewed resources, and create and APA-formatted reference page.
Format your presentation as a PowerPoint Presentation, Prezi, in-class oral presentation, or another format approved by your facilitator. The presentation must include speaker- notes.

•	Health Education Tool and all supplementary materials
