The executive management team for Super Care Inc. gathered to discuss a resource re-allocation project. They are frustrated because similar service providers with relatively equal revenues and enrollments are turning a profit. The team wants to know what their competitors are doing to turn a profit. As the Operations Manager of Super Care Inc., Cay City, you have been asked by the team to compare its clinical and financial resource strategy to their nearest competitor. The team wants you to present a bird- eye view of Super Care- current clinical and financial resource usage followed by a solution to reallocate resources that will help them compete with other service providers.  

In this case, Super Care Inc. represents the San Mateo Health Plan (non-profit) or equivalent and the competitor represents The Contra Costa Health Plan (non-profit) or equivalent.

Instructions: 
Based upon your readings, Library search, and any related experience, present a bird- eye view, using PowerPoint, of Super Care-Cay City- resources.  Compare and contrast this view to another service provider with similar enrollments and relatively equal revenues, then answer the following questions:
1. How would you re-allocate/re-utilize Super Care- resources to compete with other service providers?
2. What would this plan look like (model representation, with explanation, of current versus future resource allocation structure)?
