Prepare a 3-4 page double-spaced report with your analysis:
 
1.      Discuss the value of a business plan to an organization.
2.      Discuss how the economic concepts of supply and demand can have an impact on organizational performance in the short and long run.
3.      Discuss Business Ethics and its’ important to the business- success.
4.      Discuss how a marketing strategy can provide an organization a sustained competitive advantage in the market place.
5.      Discuss how organizational structure can provide an organization a sustained competitive advantage in the market place.
 
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o   Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one inch margins on all sides, APA format.
o   Type the question followed by your answer to the question.
o   In addition to the 3-4 pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor- name, the course title, and the date.
 
NOTE: One of the criteria that you will be graded on is the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.
 
The report will be graded using the following rubric.
 
Outcome Assessed	•         Formulate business plans based on an analysis of domestic and global operating environments, market dynamics, and internal capabilities.
•         Apply the concepts of supply and demand to identify and determine the impact of changes in market conditions under different forms of competition
