In this topic, you will complete the Strategic Plan Development Draft, which includes the first three criteria listed below.

The Strategic Plan Development -Part 1 will be peer reviewed in DQ1 by a minimum of two peers. Use the peer reviews to refine your strategic plan for final submission in Topic 6. The final version of the assignment will include all five prompts and a minimum of five researched resources.

1. Evaluate leadership qualities that will be required to successfully implement your informatics innovation in a health care organization.
2. Identify methods that diffuse potential issues deemed detrimental to the strategic plan.
3. Include quality measures related to informatics innovation in health care
4. Describe the steps of developing, monitoring, and measuring a quality improvement process for a strategic plan related to informatics innovation.
