How Do Laws Guide Employment Activities? The second content area, Workforce Planning and Employment, includes a set of traditional responsibilities associated with the field of human resources. Amendments to Title Vll. Age Discrimination Act of 1967. EEO Act 1972. Pregnancy Discrimination Act 1978. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Use proper APA style and formatting when appropriate.
