determine which have the most direct impact on the HR function of your 

organization.

 

1.	Determine the three (3) most likely factors affecting the employee/employer 

relationship at your organization.

 

1.	Create a list of three (3) best practices regarding position descriptions, 

recruiting, and selection interviewing for the organization you selected, 

explaining your rationale for each.

 

1.	Include three (3) external sources to support your position.

•	Be typed, doublespaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch 

margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or 

school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional
