Customer Relationship Management This week- assignment is focused on completing a Marketing Plan.
Your completed Marketing Plan will include all the elements listed in the Sample Marketing Plan Outline. Attached with your Case Study. You will be building components of the marketing plan each week as part of your weekly assignments. For week 7 you will be combining the elements of the Marketing Plan, along with your final evaluation plan, and submitting this as your final project.
(Note: This assignment requires that you develop and write a Marketing Plan—do not write a research paper on Marketing.)
Compile Marketing Plan. Prioritize all strategies by levels of importance. Create an evaluation plan to determine the success of the action plan. Your completed Marketing plan will include all the elements listed in the Sample Marketing Plan Outline.

Introduction and Executive Summary
Section 1: Marketing Strategy and Mission Statement
Section 2: Understanding the Customer

Section 5: Promotion Strategies & Public Relations
Section 6: Evaluation Plan
Write 2-3 paragraphs, which includes 3 recommendations to the owners, on how to evaluate the successfulness of your Marketing Plan. Examples might include: Improved Return on Investment (ROI), Increased Profitability, and # of new (or returning) customers. Explain how statistics would be collected and reported. Include a statement on why it is important to measure and evaluate the successfulness of a Marketing Plan. Conclusion Paragraph: which links back to thesis…do not introduce new ideas here.
Provide references to support information in paper. List your references in the text of the paper and at the end of the paper in a separate section.
