WEEK 1 Description of the Organization

Project Task for Module 1 dentify an organization that is either very successful or has faced significant problems.
Describe the organization in 2-3 pages. Describe the organization's successes and failures, its key players, and the outcome that you think the organization should work towards.
Identify the factors that have impacted the organization's successes and problems.
Research and review at least one current article that discusses the selected issue or an issue similar to it. Your research should incorporate the leading texts on leadership, and refereed journal articles. You can also include articles in the popular press that can give you popular opinion and information on your organization.
This case study forms the basis of your final project for this course, and will be used throughout.
Format:
Your case study/scenario should be in the form of a Word document about 2-3 pages long and should follow the current edition of APA style guidelines.
All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources.
