Typically, a machine metaphor is thought of as more rigid and inflexible, but for some organizations this is desirable. The organic metaphor is thought of as more flexible and adaptable to threats from a turbulent environment. For this Discussion, you explore how turbulence increases the need for organic networking.
Review this week- resources. Select an organization and consider how turbulence can impact the organization.
Reflect on the following statement: The world and business environment are constantly changing.

Finally, using the organization you selected, explain the actions the organization might take to address turbulence.
