Sampling
In your initial post,
consider what you have read in the assigned Chapter 2 sections of the textbook
and identify your own example of improper sampling from your day-to-day life
(try not to repeat examples shared by your peers). Be sure to provide the
sampling method used, why the sampling method is improper, what type of
sampling should have been used, and why.
In your response posts,
discuss the implications of the improper sampling examples posted by your
peers. For example, what sorts of incorrect conclusions could you draw from the
investigations? How would you correct the sampling errors in the examples? Try
to draw connections to your final project research article: is there any room
