Managing the Franchisee Business

4 to 5 page report on the “Key Traits for Success as Franchisees” case located in the Franchising: An EntrepreneurÂ- Guide textbook. The 4 to 5 page minimum page count does not include the title page or the reference page.
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format.
o In addition to the 4-5 pages required, a title page and a reference page is to be included (the title page and reference page are not included in the 4-5 page count). The reference page and citations in the report are to be APA format.
•Each report will at a minimum assess the following topics.
o Identify what steps can a franchisor take to learn about personality traits and behavior patterns discussed in this case study.
o Identify which of the “ideal” traits and behavior patterns you think are descriptive exclusively of a franchisee business owner in contrast to an independent business owner.
o Identify which “ideal” traits and which “failure” traits you think are most important.
o Identify which “ideal” traits and which “failure” traits you think are least important.
