a.   You will receive the articles via email as an attached PDF within one business day except over Sunday and holidays.

3.   Read the four articles that are provided for you.

4.   After reading the articles, answer the following questions:

a.   What were three ways in which America supported the war effort? (Gibbs article)

b.   What were the most significant problems the American people and the Republican leaders saw with the League of Nations? (Bonn)

c.   How were the American people living in a “world of illusion”? (Hirst)

d.   Explain or summarize the ideas of Dr. Townsend, Father Coughlin and Senator Long? (Wells)

5.   Type each question in bold and then give your answer to the questions. Your answers must be in complete sentences and at least three sentences per question. Do not quote any material from the articles. Your answers should be written in your own words.  You should attach a title page, but you do not need a reference page. 

6.   When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Assignment submission folder by the end of the workshop.
