Conflict can be productive. Although when most
people are surveyed, they have a negative view of conflict.
Explain how conflict can have productive
results. What are some skills needed to effectively manage conflict? Discuss
why many people have a negative view of conflict. Identify ways that a person
can begin to view conflict in a positive manner.
Your initial response should be 250 – 300
words and must be posted by Thursday, Day 3. Respond to at least two of your
