read Chapters 3, 4, and 5 from Introduction to Leadership: Concepts and
Practice. Additionally,
read the Week 2 - Weekly Lecture.
Of the three leadership styles (i.e., authoritarian,
democratic, and laissez-faire), explain which style comes easiest for you?
Describe how people respond to you when you use this style. Now think about a
current or past supervisor; describe their leadership style? Was it effective?
