BUSINESS EVENT FOR THE CLIENT
• Client is presenting and event to recognize employees who have worked 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 20+yrs at City Harvest.
• It’s a spring event.
• It’s allowed by NYC Health to have people at events but they have to still wear a mask.
• Food will be boxed lunch (1 per person) for covid19 safety.
• The event planner will create the event name, logo and tagline.
• The event planner will select the venue (300 guests)
• The event planner will plan the theme and décor.
• The event planner has unlimited budget to be creative.
• Each employee can bring 1-4 guests to the event.
• The employee doesn’t have to buy tickets because they will receive an invitation. They will RSVP to the invitation so you will know how many guests will be attending.
