First compare and contrast Telemedicine versus Telehealth.

·         Please note-The focus on this discussion is Telemedicine, which is increasing in popularity and necessity due to shortages of key clinical skills, such as neuro-intensivists, neurointensive care specialists. 

Based on your unit materials, other library research and/or professional sites online:

·         Research various telemedicine offerings and select one to study.

o    Discuss the benefits, not only to patients, but to the healthcare providers?

o    Discuss limitations being encountered by this telemedicine initiative?

§  Do you think these limitations are unique to this telemedicine offering?

§  What suggestions do you have for removing the limitations?
