You are preparing a rough draft of the first two sections of the Followership and Leadership Assessment and Development Plan project for submission to your instructor at the close of this unit.

Please provide an update on your research successes and challenges from last week and their resolutions.  How are you progressing with your draft?  What questions do you have or problems do you anticipate you might have regarding the draft of the first two sections of the project?

• Continue to remain engaged in substantive discussion with peers and the instructor throughout the week and weekend, ending Sunday, 11:59 pm, CT
