Your co-worker, Sally, is concerned that she is
being required to work on a project with another employee. Sally enjoys working
independently and is confident in her ability to complete a project that meets
the expectations of her supervisor. Sally fears that the addition of another
person on this project, a colleague who has some VERY different ideas and comes
from a very different educational and cultural background, will impact her
ability to complete this project to her usual standard. Provide a
response to Sally that will impact her perspective on collaboration with
