officeholders, while it gives the Senate the duty to hold trials for all who
have been impeached. Explore the presidential impeachments that have happened
to date in U.S. history, focusing on one such impeachment of your choosing
(Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump [either time]). What role did
Congressional partisanship appear to have played in both House impeachment
charges and Senate trials?

similarities and differences between their assessments and your own. Based on
